Kimberly McNally, MN, RN

kimberlythumbKimberly McNally, MN, RN, is an accomplished coach, workshop leader and facilitator who understands the rewards and challenges of working in the healthcare industry. Kimberly draws on over twenty-five years of healthcare management experience working with hundreds of individuals and dozens of healthcare organizations. She has a strong track record leading key initiatives and managing change. In addition, she brings experience leading professional association and community boards and rich life experiences to her work.

Kimberly received certification as a Professional Effectiveness Coach from New Ventures West, one of the leading coach training programs in the U.S. She earned a Master’s degree in Nursing/Business from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Saint Anselm College.

Kimberly is a past-President of the Health Care Education Association and served on the board of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Education and Training from which she received the “Distinguished Achievement Award.” In 2003, Kimberly was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Harborview Medical Center, a regional Level 1 trauma/ academic medical center. In 2007 and 2008 she served as Board Chair. In addition, she is a member of the Washington State Hospital Association board and American Hospital Association Committee on Governance.
