Dennis M. Dennis, Ph.D
Dennis has more than 25 years experience consulting with leaders, teams and organizations ranging in size from
3-person startups to Fortune 100 companies and governmental agencies. His professional expertise includes employee focus groups, survey research, coaching, transforming dysfunctional teams, team building, crises and conflict management. Dennis has held faculty appointments in clinical and organizational psychology at Purdue University, The University of Washington and Central Washington University where he developed and taught graduate level courses in leadership and organization development. His leadership experience includes service as an HR executive, President of the Washington State Psychological Association, mentor for the Lake Washington Human Resources Association, and service on several boards. He is an active member of the Consulting Alliance at the University of Washington and a charter member of the advisory board for the Center for Conflict Dynamics at Eckerd College Leadership Development Institute.
